Pets

Yes! Small pets that can be carried on your lap are welcome on our trips, provided you have all necessary travel documents and meet legal requirements. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for a smooth journey.

Booking & Payments

You can book directly through our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone.

To book your ferry tickets, we require the following details for each traveler:

  • First and last name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • WhatsApp number (so we can reach you easily during your trip)
  • Hotel name and address in Athens (to arrange your pick-up accordingly)

Please ensure that the information matches your travel documents to avoid any issues during check-in.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Credit card charges are made on the date the cancellation policy starts.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour. Please check the specific tour page for details on refunds and cancellation terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

 

Ferry & Transportation

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an e-ticket via email with all necessary details.

  • Athens to Santorini: 7-8 hours by regular ferry, 5-6 hours by high-speed ferry.
  • Athens to Mykonos: 5-6 hours by regular ferry, 2.5-3 hours by high-speed ferry.
 

Yes, most ferries have accessible facilities, but we recommend informing us in advance so we can arrange the best option for you.

 

Accommodation & Hotels

We offer 3 or 4-star hotels, carefully selected for comfort and quality. Upgrades to luxury hotels are available upon request.

Yes, breakfast is included in our accommodation packages, unless stated otherwise.

Our standard packages include handpicked hotels, but we can customize your stay based on your preferences.

Customer Support & Assistance

We offer free customer support via WhatsApp, phone, and email for any assistance needed.

We do not include travel insurance, but we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
